We require the Last 3 months of internet and phone bills with full details from your current provider/s (not summary ones, we need the bills with the full details).

Having 3 months allows us to analyse the trends in your usage and confirm the possibly unused services that you are being billed for.

We need the detailed bills to be able to analyse all of the usage of your services.

These must be in pdf format that are emailed to you from your provider or obtained by logging into your online account.

We CANNOT process scanned copies, they MUST be the full detail bills from your provider or from your provider’s online portal.

We cannot process hard copies either.

If you still receive paper copies of your bills we can help, this attracts and additional service fee of $50 ex gst.

Provide us with a scanned copy of the most recent 3 months of bills and we will help you get your provider to deliver PDF copies from their billing system.

Switching to electronic bill delivery also eliminate the additional charge that all providers impose for the delivery of future paper bills.

What if there is a significant variance with the bill amounts over the most recent 3 months?

We may require more than the most recent 3 months of bills to audit.

What if I have several separate bills?

It doesn’t matter, we can audit an Australian based internet or mobile phone service provider.

What if I have my internet somewhere else?

We will require electronic master copies of bills from each provider, refer to what we need for the full requirements.

What providers can you audit? Telstra, Optus, Boost, Vodaphone, TPG etc.

What if I only have paper copies of my bills?

We require the Last 3 phone bills with full details (not summary ones, we need the bills with the full details).
